Year-Round School Cancellation Policy


Our programming exists within an immersive year-round container that hosts lectures, guest speakers, and ongoing community conversations.

Whether you choose to pay up front or in monthly installments, your initial registration guarantees you a space in the year-round program and is a commitment to the entire year’s fee.

Given the program's cohort model, spaces are limited, and this financial commitment is required. We cannot fill lost spaces with new registrations.

Given this, our cancellation policy is as follows:

A full refund or cancellation of installments is only possible within 48 hours of registration.

Beyond 48 hours, your commitment to the year of learning is locked in, as we depend on your registration to run the program.


For Clinical Membership:

If the program has not yet started and you are sure you are no longer interested or able to participate, please send a note immediately. We likely have a waitlist of interested clinicians. If we are able to fill your space from the waitlist, we will do so and issue a refund.

After the program begins, there is no way to fill your space or, therefore, refund your money. We hope you understand this limitation.

For General Public Membership:

We understand the reality of extenuating circumstances, financial or otherwise. If you are unable to continue in the program, please send us a note.

In extenuating circumstances, a 50% refund is possible within 4 months of registration.
If you are paying with a monthly installment plan, your payments will continue until 6 of the 12 payments have been made, after which your membership will be canceled. After 4 months of participation, we are unable to offer any further refunds or cancellations of installment plans.


We regret the limited flexibility in cancellations and refunds and hope for your understanding as we plan according to the financial commitments of those involved.
