NPR’s Life Kit recently featured an exercise that Satya developed to work with clients and students and included in her book, Quarterlife: The Search for Self in Early Adulthood, via the story of Mira. Satya created this exercise out of a desire to work with clients on a very frequent inner conflict, a sense of being pulled in two (or more) very different directions, without a clear sense of how to make a choice or move forward.

In this 2.5-hour workshop, Satya will lead participants through a more in-depth version of this exercise and host space for questions with Satya, expanded self-exploration, and community dialogue.
